Description: Prediction limits for the Poisson distribution are
        produced from both frequentist and Bayesian viewpoints.
        Limiting results are provided in a Bayesian setting with
        uniform, Jeffreys and gamma as prior distributions. More
        details on the methodology are discussed in Bejleri and Nandram
